Part of our ministry in the Philippines is teaching Biblical Worldview.  I agree with your analysis here that it is impossible to consistently live with such a view. 
This is particularly true since it does not square with reality.  At the end, following such a philosphy causes men like Hemingway to believe that life is a dirty trick.
